Walt & Fran Filipowicz

Just a little about ourselves. I Frannie started showing in

2001 and Walter in 2003. We would like to thank all the

people that have helped us throughout the years, and

those that we have purchased horses and donkeys from.

We went to our first AMHR Nationals Show in Tulsa, OK.

in 2004. It was a dream come true and a wonderful

experience. We especially want to thank Arlene Foulk of

Foulk's Fantasy Farm & Training Center , a dear friend and trainer, for all her encouragement, dedication and help.

In 2010, Walt did all the showing. He showed in the Shetland classes for the first time and did very well. We enjoyed seeing old friends and having fun at the shows.

We did not show in 2011 due to Fran's health problems. We plan to be back out in 2012.

We purchased our farm, in Brockway Twp., Michigan in 1993.

Our farm is based on the admiration of horses which led us to start raising them in 1998.

Our goal is to produce Classic Shetland's & Miniature horses' with outstanding

presence, conformation, and movement that will improve

the breed now and in years to come.

Our horses are AMHR & ASPC/AMHR

registered. Most of our Horses are Double Registered Classic Shetland's. The horses's we have bred throughout the years have done well in Halter and Performance classes. A couple of our horses have gone over in height and make great 'Ponies' for both grownups and kids.

Some of our bloodlines include: Establo, Arenosa, Seth Thomas, Hopwoods, Winks, Windwalker, J C's JoCo Lil Admiral, Red Rock, Arbor Acres, & Rock E to name a few.

We belong to three miniature horse clubs, Area 2 Shetland Pony &

Miniature Horse Breeders Assoc. Miniature Horse Club of Ontario, and Ontario Small Equine Show Association. We try to attend and support each clubs events.

We purchased Mediterranean Miniature Donkeys at

Christmas time 2004. We are looking forward to learning

more about these affectionate animals.
